Education

1. Give a chance the out-of-school youth to continue their basic elementary ang high school studies in a modular approach by means of Equivalency and Accreditation Courses.
2. Have a regular budget for fresh high school graduates that has no intention or because of poverty cannot pursue anymore their college studies. That during summer, effective immediately after their high school graduation they must undergo basic trainings an different short courses programs such as (a) Computer programming, technician operation (b) Driving with trouble shooting (c) Cellphone repair technician (d) Tailoring (e) Book keeping (f) Cosmetology (g) Welding (h) Electronics wherein, they can make use learning as tools in seeking jobs in the constructive field, and any other firms. That at least a trainors fees a honnorium of the instructors must be provided by the organization
3. Design a program that will encourage and give guidance to the graduating high school students as to what courses they should have to take in college for them to easily catch a job in the future.

Advocacy

Have a perpetual Education and information drives on cleanliness. because cleanliness is next to a healthy and progressive environment.

Environment

1. Have a strong advocacy from Municipal down to barangay level on the implementation and effects of RA 9003 otherwise known on Solid Waste Management Act.
2. Have a 10 year medium plans on tree planting activities (a) that before a couple be granted a license of Marriage by the LCR they should have to plant for at least 5 trees of any varieties. (b) that before a barangay clearance be issued to anyone who wish to have it, he/she should have to plant for at least five trees of different varieties. (c) that before a birth certificate be issued to the interested party they should have to plant at least 5 different trees.
3. Maintain a nursery
4. Identify a place with in the municipality as a target venue for ecological tourism site. Where more trees shall be planted and soon. This place will be come the watershed area of Nabua Camarines Sur.
5. Teach the Nabuaeños to make their garbage waste into an organic fertilizer.
6. Establish an Eco – Park

Health

Amidst the multifarious problems plaguing our country today ranging from faltering economy, little access to the basic health services, unstable peace and order condition, crippling power crisis and many more, it is the desire of this organization to alleviate the condition by assisting poor constituents in the community through rendering free Medical, Dental and Surgical Mission.

Such program is deemed to assist the government in its short fall in bringing closer to less fortunate individuals the desired health services, Education and Environmental so that at least its effect to these individuals will bring vital changes in the communities they are in.

OBJECTIVES

1. To provide free medical, dental and surgical services.
2. To cater the basic health services in the community (Botica ng Barangay).
3. To help them develop the sense of belongingness that they are cared and loved for as a part of the community.
4. To bring hope to the forgotten
